How It Works
Getting started with Virtual WeightCare is easy. Our streamlined process connects you with licensed providers, personalized treatment, and ongoing support.
Step 1: Enroll
Complete our quick medical intake questionnaire first to see if you qualify. Once approved, you can select the care plan that fits your goals. You may begin with the Essential plan if unsure (final clinical eligibility is determined by a licensed provider during your consultation). Contact the support team at
786-761-1155 from 8:00 am - 8:30 pm EST Mon-Fri for guidance if needed.
Step 2: Clinical Evaluation
Within 24 hours of subscription sign-up, a visit link is emailed/texted for immediate access to a licensed provider who conducts your on-demand video exam consultation. Available 7 days from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm EST.
Step 3: Personalized Plan
If clinically appropriate, a licensed provider prescribes medication and outlines your treatment plan. Your medication supply is prepared and shipped directly to your home by an independent, state-licensed, trusted compounding partner pharmacy. Shipment tracking is usually provided within 1 business day of your consultation.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
We coordinate follow-ups, reminders, and program guidance. You’ll have access to nutrition resources, mental-health tools, educational treatment support guides, and a network of licensed medical providers. Exclusive, premium GLP-1 nutrition and fitness coach app, ShedPilot, is available for download and advanced weight-loss support.

Is medication guaranteed?
No. Medication is prescribed only if clinically appropriate and prescribed by licensed provider. Subscription purchase will be refunded only if you are determined to be ineligible upon initial provider consultation.
What support do I receive?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, just cancel before your next billing date and subscription will be cancelled by the end of billing cycle. ( No partial proration).
If you are deemed ineligibe for treatment during the initial provider consultation, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus a $30 admin fee.

What plan should I sign up for?
If you are new to GLP-1 therapies, we recommend signing up for the Essential monthly membership. Reminder: Signing up for a subscription does not guarantee treatment. Only the licensed provider can determine eligbility. You are entitled to a refund if you do not meet medical criteria.
What's included in the Concierge Support plan?
Provides concierge level service with direct access to the owner, Pascale Davis, NP, by phone, text messaging, email, and scheduled video calls for coaching, guidance, accountability, and wellness support. Includes once a week video calls (up to 15 minutes). Also included-a complimentary Shed Pilot app subscription ($30/mo value). You must reside in AZ, FL, GA, IL, MD, NY, TN, TX, or VA.
