How It Works

Click the "Book Now", choose state and provider.

Choose "Enter Waiting Room" for same day visits or click "Book Appointment". Option to chat message provider with questions within portal prior to booking.

Create account & complete intake form. You will be asked to download free software app on computer or smartphone.

Choose visit option & enter payment method. Payment method held for authorization. Card NOT fully charged until end of visit.

Choose date & time for new visit-Availability 9:00a-9:30p EST Mon-Fri. Sat 12-3pm.

Receive text & email confirmation link for appointment. Start visit using same link.

If choosing "Walk-In" visit option: Card is required for authorization hold-Card hold is released if not seen by a provider and waiting room is exited.

Missed visits or appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged the FULL visit fee.

Click “Book Now Insured” button on site.

Request an appointment

Welcome portal email sent within 24 hours of request for completion of required online forms.

Await appointment request approval upon completion of portal forms or call 786-761-1155 for update.

Log into portal account to begin video call at scheduled time.
